Everything Risk Marshal does
Risk Marshal is a trading discipline platform for MetaTrader 5 traders using personal, evaluation or funded accounts. It combines an automatic trade journal and recorded financial analytics, personalized Marshal Intelligence analysis and discipline coaching based on available trading records, results and rules, and enforcement of your configured risk rules with Core and Pro. Journal collects activity on your own computer or server without closing or resizing trades. Enforcement depends on a connected, authorized terminal and execution conditions; it cannot prevent every loss. Risk Marshal does not select trades, provide signals, or manage funds.
Enforcement
Financial protection built around the limits you choose. Daily loss limits, protected profits and position size guide intervention; other rule breaches inform your discipline review. Connection and broker conditions affect execution.
Daily loss limit
At your daily loss limit, Risk Marshal attempts to close positions and cancel pending orders for the rest of the UTC day. Prices and broker execution can still take losses beyond the limit.
Revenge-trade cooldown
Set a pause after a loss and see when you trade through it. Cooldown breaches affect your discipline score without themselves closing trades.
Max trades per day
Choose how many trades fit your plan. Extra entries are recorded as discipline breaches without themselves closing trades.
Lot-size enforcement
Position size is checked against your per-trade limit and remaining daily risk capacity. Risk Marshal attempts legal reductions when a position is too large.
Session filter
Choose your trading hours. Entries outside your window are recorded as discipline breaches without themselves closing trades.
Loss-streak discipline review
Review entries made after your configured losing streak. These breaches affect your score without themselves closing trades; a losing streak alone does not establish your emotional state.
News blackout
Block trading around high-impact news events you've chosen to avoid.
Instrument & market restrictions
Limit yourself to the instruments you actually trade well.
Trade journal & financial analytics
Review recorded trading outcomes, rule events and weighted discipline credits. These records do not independently measure psychological traits or predict future compliance.
Discipline score
Weighted rule-event and reward credits across risk, emotional, execution and consistency pillars, scaled to 0–100. This is not a measured percentage of rule compliance.
Clean streaks
Current and best runs of breach-free trading days.
Analytics suite
Recorded profit and loss, win rate, calendar views and available risk-to-reward measures alongside rule events. Missing records can limit comparisons and explanations.
Trade journal
Every trade with its rule context — what you did, and what your rules said.
Discipline Card
A signed, shareable certificate of your score, tier, and streak — with no money data on it.
Intelligence & accountability
Private rules are easy to renegotiate. Observed rules are not.
Behavioural pattern detection
Surfaces the patterns behind your breaches — the days, times, and triggers where discipline slips.
Marshal Intelligence coaching
Personalized analysis of your available trades, financial results and configured rules, with clear discipline coaching. Never a trade recommendation or market prediction.
Accountability partner
Invite a coach or peer who sees your breaches and score — including if you remove Risk Marshal mid-lock.
Coach portal
For educators: roster-wide compliance, breach history, and per-student analytics.
Notifications & daily digest
Breach alerts and a tiered daily summary after your session closes.
Hosting & setup
Enforcement only works when the terminal is actually running.
Managed hosting
We handle connection setup, maintenance and updates, so you do not need to leave your computer on.
Self-hosting
Keep your MT5 setup under your control. Journal records activity; financial enforcement needs trading permission.
Multiple MT5 accounts
Protect challenge, funded, and personal accounts under one subscription.
Monitoring interruption alerts
Disconnecting monitoring during a rule lock is recorded and can be shared with your accountability partner.
