Credits, sub-scores, and how breaches affect you.
Your discipline score combines recorded breaches and earned rewards across four areas: Risk, Execution, Emotional and Consistency. Each starts at a neutral 500 credits, with a ceiling of 1,000. The score is a credit balance, not a measured adherence percentage.
Credits go up and down
- Rule breaches deduct credits in the relevant sub-score.
- Achievements and clean streaks restore credits.
- Staying breach-free alone is not enough — positive behaviours matter too.
