Platform

What does Risk Marshal do? — Enforces rules you set and coaches discipline with Marshal Intelligence.
Do I host the EA? — All plans: self-hosting included. Pro/Elite: managed hosting also available.
Which platforms? — MT5 and compatible brokers; no fund movement.

Do you see my master password? — No. We only request investor (read-only) credentials for data sync, and they are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. When fully managed EA hosting launches for Pro/Elite, execution credentials will be requested separately with the same encryption standard — we will never ask for them before that feature is live.
Who owns my data? — You do. Export or deletion available via support and in-app flows where enabled.
Do you sell data? — No.

How do I cancel? — Settings → Subscription or Compare plans → Cancel subscription. Renewal stops at period end; cloud MetaAPI hosting stops immediately on confirm.
Failed payment? — Retries run before downgrade.
Refunds? — Case by case for subscriptions; duplicate and fraudulent charges refunded when verified. Partial-month refunds generally no. See /terms (Refunds section).
